Booking on a 605Touring Co. tour is extremely easy.
- First, send us an e-mail tours@toursdbackroads.com
or fax 001 605 226 9999 to check if the tour date you want is available. It's always helpful to give a second choice of date or tour at this stage in case your first choice is full.
- We'll respond and, if there is availability, give you a 7-day option. You then confirm that you want the tour by completing the
Booking
Form included here. We then send you an invoice and banking details.
- The booking is confirmed once we've received an initial payment. A non-refundable deposit (of
US$400 per person) is required and the balance of payment must be made at least 60 days prior to the tour departure. See

We are unable to book the airline portion of the tour (that must be booked locally) and we strongly recommend that an insurance policy is purchased for cover in the event of the traveler having to cancel for any reason once payment has been made for the tour. |

We are happy to accept MasterCard/Visa/Discover but do not accept other cards.
The prices listed for the tours (except Day
Trips, Fly Drives, and Custom Tours) are the
regular prices. If you pay cash we
offer you a 3% discount off the listed
price. You should also note that the exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company on the day of transaction and it may not exactly accord with the rate shown on the currency converter on our web site. |

| Alterations & Cancellation
If you request any alterations to your travel arrangements once we have confirmed a reservation, 605Touring Co. will not charge an amendment fee. However, it is no guarantee that your requested changes will be available and that any charges made to 605Touring Co. from our agents/suppliers for the previously booked services will be passed on to you. Should you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify your 605Touring Co. representative in writing. Such notice can only be deemed to have been given on acknowledgement and receipt of this letter. If notification of your cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to the date of your first service, then you will lose only your deposit. For cancellation notification within 60 days of initial service, charges are as follows:
